Weekly visit.

  • Check the property for new damage.
  • Inspect the property immediately after any severe weather.
  • Payment of bills (as agreed)
  • Check vehicle (if appropriate)
  • Co-ordinate any required work.
  • React to emergencies 24/7

2. Deluxe Management Package;
